See what your fundraising system is really doing.
Most charities do not have a fundraising problem. They have a system problem that shows up in fundraising.
The Health Index gives you a board-ready diagnostic of your fundraising system across eight forces and forty sub-dimensions, scored against the same rubric our consulting engagements use.
Three tiers, so you can start light or go deep.
WHAT IT IS
Why we built it
I have spent two decades watching brilliant fundraising teams hit a ceiling that is not about them. Every time I have gone deep enough to find the cause, the cause has been structural. Strategy that does not translate into delivery. An income portfolio that nobody designed. Leadership intent that runs into governance friction. Data that describes what happened but never says what to do next.
The Health Index exists because most charities do not need another campaign idea. They need someone to look honestly at the system producing the results they are getting, and to name what is actually in the way.
It will not tell you everything, and it is not a substitute for the conversation an experienced consultant brings to the room. But it gives you a defensible starting point and a clear next step.

WHAT WE SCORE
One system, eight forces
Fundraising performance is not produced by effort. It is produced by eight forces, working together or working against each other. Most charities have never named these forces, let alone measured them, so when income stalls the instinct is to look at the people: the team, the campaign, the last appeal. The real story is almost always in the system around them.
The Health Index reads all eight. Each force is scored from helping to hindering, built from five sub-dimensions, forty in total, against the same rubric our consulting engagements use. When the forces pull together, fundraising compounds. When they fight each other, fundraising becomes heroic, reactive and fragile, and no amount of trying harder will fix it.
What you get back is one clear system health score and a force-by-force picture of exactly where your system is helping your income and where it is holding it back. Not a performance review of your fundraisers, but an honest read on the system they work inside, in a form a board can act on.

HOW IT WORKS
Getting started with Lite
STEP 1
Buy and complete a structured intake form.
STEP 2
You upload the documents you have to support the intake. Missing some is fine, the report will flag where evidence was thin.
STEP 3
We score your system against the rubric we have created.
STEP 4
Within five working days you receive your board – ready diagnostic and workbook.
Common Questions
Who is it for?
Charity CEOs, fundraising and income directors, and trustees who want an honest read on the system, not a performance review of the team.
How long does it take us?
About two hours to do the inputs well. The report comes back within five working days.
What if we do not have all the documents?
You can still run it. The report names where the evidence was thin, which is itself a finding about how visible your system is to itself.
Is this a substitute for a consultant?
No. The Lite is an automated diagnostic, built for initial discussions with the board, the leadership team, or fundraising managers. It gives you a defensible read and a clear next step. Guided and Full versions of the Index add the human conversation.
